  • Smoke & Tobacco Free Facility.
  • No E-cigarettes.
  • No outside food or drink.
  • No coolers allowed – Powerade and water are provided for athletes.
  • No pets are allowed except for service animals.
  • Stadium seating for bleachers is allowed.
  • Basketball shoes or tennis shoes for on-court participants.
  • No work boots or high heels on the court playing surface.
  • All ticket sales are final – no refunds unless the event is canceled.
  • Preferred cashless facility.
  • Doors typically open 1 hour before the event starts unless stated otherwise.
  • No Parking in the Fire. lane and drop-off zone.
  • No artificial noisemakers are allowed in the facility.
  • Elevator use for disabled/handicapped patrons only.
  • No fighting or unruly conduct will be tolerated – Players, coaches, or fans in violation of this policy will be ejected for the remainder of the tournament and will not be allowed to play on any other teams for the duration of the event.
