Parties require a minimum of 2 hours booking, There is a maximum of 15 children allowed for birthday parties.
THE "MVp" BIRTHDAY PACKAGE
$500
- One activity for two hours + one party room
- 2 pizzas & (3) 2-liter drinks
- Cake or cupcakes with plates, cups, napkins, & utensils
- One staff worker to help facilitate party & play with kids
- Add-ons available for additional costs
- Down payment of $250 due upon booking
THE "PLAYMAKER" BIRTHDAY PACKAGE
$250
- One activity for two hours + one party room
- Add on an additional activity: $25
- Add an additional hour: $50
- Bounce House delivery fee: $50
- Party responsible for drinks & food
- Down payment of $125 due upon booking
PARTY OPTIONS
Each party will include 1 flex room and 1 court space. You can choose from basketball, volleyball, pickleball, futsal, or the “party cart” as your activity on the court space.
- Basketball – You will have access to one full basketball court with both goals & 2 basketballs. For parties for individuals ages 8 & under, the goals can be lowered to 8 or 9 feet.
- Volleyball – You will have access to 2 volleyball nets & 4 volleyballs.
- Pickleball – You will have access to 2 pickleball nets – pickleball paddles & balls available if needed.
- Futsal – You will have access to one full futsal court with 2 pop-up nets & 2 futsal balls.
- Bounce house rental – Party is allowed to rent a third-party bounce house to be delivered to the sports complex. Must be dry, no water or sand. Delivery fee will be added on.
- Add-ons – Additional activity = $25, Additional hour = $50
How to Book Your Birthday Party
To book a birthday party, select an available date and time on our booking website by clicking the button under your chosen package. Complete the online form and submit payment to place your request. Once submitted, an administrator will review and approve your request within 48 hours. If approved, your party will be officially booked and you will receive a confirmation email. If your selected date and time are no longer available, you will be contacted by email or phone to choose an alternative option. All party reservations are approved on a first-come, first-served basis.

What to Expect:
The host of the party may arrive no earlier than 1 hour before the party start time unless otherwise requested and time allows. Upon arrival, the host of the party needs to check in at the front desk to pay the remaining balance. Once payment is taken care of, the WMSE worker will direct you to your designated area.
When guests arrive, they will need to notify the front desk worker what party or field trip they are with. The WMSE worker will direct them to the appropriate room/court.
Your designated party area will be set up for you prior to arrival. The WMSE staff will not be responsible for controlling/managing games. If you need anything, please notify a WMSE staff member.
Once your party or field trip is over, you may collect your belongings and tear down any decorations. WMSE staff will handle post-party cleanup & trash.
WMSE is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Policies and Guidelines:
- Every participant must adhere to all West Monroe Sports & Events rules and regulations.
- There must be at least one parent/guardian with the party or field trip at all times.
- Absolutely no cooking is allowed on premises, including but not limited to grills, crockpots, food warmers, etc.
- Outside food and/or drinks are permitted as long as it is already prepared (e.g. pizza, sandwich trays, fruit/vegetable trays, chips, party favor bags etc.)
- The party will be responsible for any fees if anything is damaged or stolen.
- All food and drinks must stay in the flex room during the duration of your party. If there are any spills or messes, please notify a member of WMSE staff.
